Shoot yourself in the foot.

Well, interesting story today. Someone decided eavesdropping is a good idea. She decided to listen in on the owner of the company, and one of the managers. Then, she texted to a sales-person that the manager was "throwing her under the bus." It was an interesting tactic, but it doesn't work when you send the text message to the manager instead of the sales-person. She was sent home, and was told not to come back until someone called her. Obviously, she got caught trying to stir up trouble and eavesdropping, so if I were her I'd assume I'm unemployed.
